The path to college and an opportunity-filled life starts here.

KIPP Delta is a network of high performing, free, public charter schools in the Arkansas Delta. We currently educate 1,200 students in preschool through twelfth grade with locations in Helena and Blytheville.

KIPP Delta is part of the larger network of KIPP schools, educating nearly 100,000 students in 224 schools across the United States. As a charter school, we are independently run non-profit, allowing for greater flexibility in operations in return for greater accountability for advancing student achievement.

The KIPP Difference

KIPP stands for the "Knowledge is Power Program." We believe that all students can thrive in the right environment. At KIPP Delta, we are focused on academic result, while also promoting character development and making sure our students have fun. Our students are taught by a talented group of teachers and school leaders, all of whom can be reached by phone or text every night.

Our KIPP Through College team provides special college-prep curriculum beginning in ninth grade and continues providing support to our students through college.

At KIPP Delta, we are with your student To and Through college.

Join our Team and Family

Enrolling is simple! KIPP Delta Public Schools are free and open to any student who lives in Arkansas. There is no entry requirement to apply for or attend a KIPP Delta school. We do not recruit based on ability or performance, nor do we turn away students for any reason.

First, create an account on SchoolMint . Once you have created an account, return to the SchoolMint homepage and start an application. Choose your school preference and complete the form.

Enrollment is conducted through a random lottery that takes place in April. Applications received after the lottery date are added to our waitlist in the order in which they are received. Families will be notified as seats become available and will need to complete new student registration at that time. The lottery is a fair, random process. Lottery priority is offered to the siblings of current KIPP Delta students and to the children of our full-time employees.
