Teach and lead in a place where you’ll never stop learning.

KIPP Delta is always looking for collaborative and passionate teachers and leaders who share our core values to join our team.

High Expectations: We believe that all students can excel at the highest levels. We must never underestimate the potential of any of our students.

Beyond Z: We go above and beyond, working tirelessly and relentlessly to ensure our students receive the education, support, and resources they need to excel in college and beyond.

Humility: We approach our work with the deepest humility. We willingly desire to seek and listen to the needs of our students, families, and communities we serve.

Care: We recognize the entrusted responsibility to take care of our students, our families, our resources, and ourselves. We strive to leave our environment better than we found it, to take care and love our students as if they were our own, treat each other with respect and care, and take care of ourselves so we can continue this important work.

The Arkansas Delta is a great place to work…and play!

There is a historical context of working in the Delta that is undeniable and unshakeable. And there are whisperings of that rich history our communities were built upon just about everywhere you look. Put in a kayak on the banks of the mighty Mississippi River in Helena and stroll through one of the many incredible Civil War historic sites, explore the state’s largest state park in Forrest City or hike Crowley’s Ridge, one of the Delta’s most unique natural wonders, or stroll Blytheville’s historic Main Street and shop at John Grisham’s favorite book store followed by a round of golf at Thunder Bayou an 18 hole championship golf course. It’s no wonder that the Arkansas Delta is the ideal place to live for both those who like small town convenience as well as those who enjoy an active lifestyle and busy social calendar. With no rush hour and the ability to get errands finished quickly, you will get home in plenty of time to relax and enjoy your family and friends. Memphis, Little Rock, and other points of area interest also offer plenty of close-by big city conveniences.
