KIPP Delta
Elementary Literacy Academy (KIPP Delta ELA) believes that literacy is the foundation of all
learning. Rigorous instruction of state
and national literacy standards and the continuous use of data will drive the
mastery of standards across all content areas. Reading, writing, thinking,
speaking, and listening are the vehicles through which students will develop a
love of learning, an understanding of the world around them and the means to be
change agents. KIPP Delta ELA students will enter middle school with a solid
literacy foundation that will allow for success in any academic area of study.
