Our KIPP Delta ELA students took their learning on the road today with a trip to the local library! 🚌✨
It was an action-packed visit where our scholars:
💳 Officially became card-carrying members of the library!
🔍 Explored the different sections—from the quiet stacks to the reference desks.
📖 Learned how to navigate the world of books to find exactly what they need for their next big project (or just their next favorite read).
We believe that a library card is the ultimate "passport" to new worlds, and we’re so proud of our students for taking this step toward lifelong learning. A huge thank you to the library staff for hosting us and helping our students unlock so much knowledge!

Dear Families,
We realize the school year is flying by, and the finish line is in sight! However, we are currently auditing our records and noticed we are missing a Media Release Consent Form for your student.
Even as we head into the final months of the 2025/2026 school year, having this form on file is essential. It ensures we can include your child in upcoming year-end celebrations, highlight reels, and graduation or promotion ceremony materials.
Please take 60 seconds to complete the form today:
👉 2025/2026 Student Media Release Form
Why complete this now?
Year-End Memories: We want to make sure every student who wishes to be included can appear in our final school-wide galleries and videos.
Summer Prep: This form covers us through the remainder of the academic cycle, including summer programs.
Compliance: It helps our office ensure that we respect every family's privacy wishes during our busiest event season.
Thank you for helping us cross this off our "to-do" list as we celebrate a fantastic year!
Get ready to celebrate the magic of reading! KIPP Delta ELA is diving into Read Across America & Dr. Seuss Week from March 2nd to March 6th.
It’s going to be a week of whimsical stories, rhyme, and plenty of school spirit as we honor our favorite authors and the joy of a good book!
🗓️ How to Participate:
We invite all students to join the fun by dressing up each day!
Check the Spirit Week Flyer: Please refer to the official flyer sent home for each day's specific theme.
Important Note: Participation is optional. If your student chooses not to dress up for the daily theme, they must wear their full school uniform.
📖 Why We Celebrate:
Reading is the "key" to everything we do at KIPP! This week is all about:
Building a love for lifelong literacy.
Exploring diverse stories and characters.
Having a little "Wacky" fun while we learn!
We can't wait to see our hallways filled with Cats in Hats, Socks that are Fox-y, and more!
